The problem
Running a U.S. business shouldn't be complicated.
Right now, most international founders end up buying it piece by piece — a different provider for every part of the same company.

- Different deadlines
- No single point of support

The one thing a U.S. company cannot buy for you is a U.S. credit file. We build it — the ITIN, the first card, the score, and the business cards that turn company spend into points and interest-free float.
In your own name
A U.S. credit file that is yours.
An ITIN filed through a Certifying Acceptance Agent, your first U.S. card, an Amex where Global Transfer reaches you, and a planned ladder up from there.
- No SSN needed at any step
- Your passport never leaves your hands
- A usable score at around six months
On your company
Every dollar the company spends, earning.
Balance-underwritten charge cards and business credit cards on your U.S. entity, so advertising, inventory and software come back as points and float instead of leaving as fees.
- Spending power that does not wait on a score
- ~45 days of interest-free float on every purchase
- Company spend kept off your personal cards

Beyond a single company
Holdings, trusts and complex structures.
The plans above are built around one operating company, because that is the right answer for most founders. If your situation is genuinely bigger than that, we scope it by hand instead of selling you a tier.
Holding companies
An operating company held under a parent, intellectual property kept apart from the trading risk, or a group tidied up before a sale.
Trusts and foundations
Succession and asset-protection vehicles, which sit alongside a company rather than replace one — and only earn their cost in a narrow set of cases.
Several entities, several countries
Subsidiaries and branches across jurisdictions, with the intercompany agreements, substance and transfer pricing that come attached.
Funds, SPVs and investor vehicles
Pooled capital, co-investment vehicles and anything with outside investors on the cap table or a regulator with an opinion.
Tell us what you're trying to do.
Describe the businesses, the countries and where you actually live. We will tell you whether a second entity earns its cost — often it does not — and what a sensible structure looks like before anything is filed. Scoped and priced up front, delivered by licensed partners in each jurisdiction.
Founders 8 is not a law firm and does not give legal or tax advice. Structuring work is delivered by qualified partners in the relevant jurisdiction. If you want the honest version first, read when a founder is too small for a holding company.

Designed specifically for entrepreneurs operating across borders.
Ongoing, Not One-Time
We don't disappear after your LLC is created.
Built to Scale With You
Start with a company. Add banking, accounting, compliance and global services as you grow.
FAQ
Questions founders ask first.
If yours isn't here, talk to a specialist before you buy anything.
Can I form a U.S. LLC if I don't live in the U.S.?
Yes. U.S. LLCs can generally be owned by non-residents, and you do not need to be in the U.S. to form one. Requirements vary by state, and we'll walk you through what applies to your situation.
Do I need a U.S. address?
Your company needs a U.S. business address and a registered agent in the state of formation. Both are included in your plan, so you don't need an address of your own.
Can you help me get an EIN?
Yes. We prepare and submit the EIN application for your company and track it through to issuance. Timelines are set by the IRS and can vary depending on your situation.
Can I open a U.S. business bank account?
We guide you through the process and help you prepare what banks and fintech providers typically ask for. The decision to open an account always sits with the financial institution, so we can't promise approval.
Do you handle annual reports?
Yes. Your state's recurring filing is tracked in your compliance calendar and we help you prepare and submit it. State fees are charged separately at cost.
Do you handle federal tax filings?
Yes. Every plan includes federal filing support; Company covers partnership and corporate returns with K-1s, and Scale adds tax planning. Returns are prepared by licensed tax professionals, and we don't give personalized tax advice.
Do I need bookkeeping?
If your company has activity, keeping books through the year makes filings far simpler and cheaper. Founders covers simple bookkeeping; Company and Scale add a dedicated bookkeeper each month.
What states can I form my company in?
Most international founders form in Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico. We'll explain the practical differences in cost and filing obligations so you can choose.
What does the subscription include?
Every plan covers formation, EIN, U.S. business address, registered agent, mail handling, banking assistance, your compliance calendar, annual state filing, federal tax filing support and the Founders 8 dashboard. Company and Scale add multi-member filings, bookkeeping and tax work on top.
Are government fees included?
No. State formation fees, annual report fees and any other government or third-party charges are separate and passed through at cost. We show them before you pay.
Can you help with Paraguay residency?
Yes, as a separate service delivered through our local partner network in Paraguay. It's priced per application and is not part of the subscription.
Can I use Founders 8 if I already have a company?
Yes. Bring an existing U.S. company across and we'll take over the address, registered agent, compliance calendar and filings from your current providers.
